In this corporate division  BERND BRAUN Chemicals produce special high-purity

mixtures,
solutions and
blends

according to the customer’s recipe. The customer owned intellectual property and his recipes are protected as best.

These special formulations can be used in different semiconductor processes or nanotechnologies as functional chemicals for instance to form specific layers, stacks or thin films. They also can be used as Polyimides, Resists or Polymer based Inks.

Other products like cleaners, removers, etchants, photoresist stripper and other ancillary materials with very special customer’s requirements extend the program.

In this corporate division also low volume production down to 1l is possible.

We offer different packaging sizes and bottle systems according to the customer needs.
